Sean Gillmer
Chief Financial Officer
Sean is a Chartered Accountant and Director at CloudCA. He did his articles with and served as Audit Manager with BDO, before starting his own firm and has acted as Chief Financial Officer to SleepOver since inception.
Hilton van Deventer
Chief Development Officer
Joined SleepOver in 2019 as Senior Project Manager and appointed in 2021 as Chief Development Officer. Prior to that he spent 15 years in the Middle East, USA, UK and Africa constructing accommodation, infrastructure and dining facilities for the US Military and various other clients.
Theunis Bothma
Financial Manager
Joined SleepOver in May 2023 and is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience that spans across a diverse range of public and private industries, including private health assurance, recruitment, security, office automation & information technology and higher education.
Jacques Rheeders

Joined SleepOver in 2024 as General Manager Operations. Experienced general manager with over 22 years’ local and international experience within the hospitality industry. Throughout Jacques’s career he believes that the heart and soul of every hotel has always been its people—the teams that breathe life into its spaces and infuse warmth into every guest's stay.
Michael Richardson
Marketing Manager
Joined SleepOver in March 2023 with over 15 years in the tourism and hospitality sector. A seasoned sales and marketing specialist sporting deep experience in ground handling and branding. Mike cut his teeth in the tourism industry at Big Game Parks in eSwatini in 2008 and has held a passion for travel, wildlife, photography and trail running.
